What I won't travel without - Lauren Sanchez from Extra

I was working with Lauren Sanchez at Extra the other day and we got to talking about products we won't leave home without, you know the favorite products you have that you can't be without when you travel. I have so many I have to check a bag for just them! Lauren narrowed that list down though to her absolute essentials and here they are:

Day 5....Hair

Time to get your hair into shape for the hectic holiday season and the torture you will most likely put it through from curling irons etc. I suggest from today onwards using a hair treatment twice weekly. Choose a mask depending on your hair type and massage a liberal amount in. Comb through and then put on a plastic shower cap like the ones you get in hotels. Cover with a warm towel, the heat will enable the mask to penetrate better and leave on for at least half an hour before rinsing thoroughly. If possible allow hair to dry naturally afterwards to preserve some of the moisture you've just added. For a real treat you can leave it on overnight with the shower cap on and rinse in the morning!
