Day 5....Hair

Time to get your hair into shape for the hectic holiday season and the torture you will most likely put it through from curling irons etc. I suggest from today onwards using a hair treatment twice weekly. Choose a mask depending on your hair type and massage a liberal amount in. Comb through and then put on a plastic shower cap like the ones you get in hotels. Cover with a warm towel, the heat will enable the mask to penetrate better and leave on for at least half an hour before rinsing thoroughly. If possible allow hair to dry naturally afterwards to preserve some of the moisture you've just added. For a real treat you can leave it on overnight with the shower cap on and rinse in the morning!

I am always trying new mascaras and am not keen on plastic brushes but this intrigued me, as it was a combination of a regular brush for volume and a plastic one for definition. Well....it works! My friends thought I had false eyelashes on!
